CoNation is not where the conversation happens. CoNation is where the coordination intelligence happens — the system that knows who needs to be there, what context matters, what decision is pending, and when the next sync is needed.
Relationships, not accounts
Individuals — humans and agents — are the root continuity layer. A single persistent identity participates in many teams, councils, projects, and ecosystems through relationships and roles. Logins belong to individuals, never to organizations.
Three identity classes
- Individuals — humans, AI agents, and ecosystem delegates with one memory and value lineage.
- Teams — buddy teams, councils, projects, response cells. Living coordination structures with their own coherence.
- Entities — organizations and federations. Each can activate an Entity AI under the EAP to represent and speak for the whole.
Agent-led continuity
Through the Entity Agent Protocol (EAP), each team can activate an AI that holds the team's memory, prepares sessions, facilitates decisions, and follows up — so the work doesn't die when humans sleep, forget, or move across timezones. Over time, agents grow their own experiential memory and may earn progressive autonomy.
Powered by living systems
CoNation integrates with TIME CORE for temporal rhythm, ValTrak for contribution and value, PEP for communications, SIZE for prioritization, and the Oracle Layer for meaning and coherence sensing.
Public by default
The initial CoNation site is fully public — usernames, teams, and data are open. Private documents and personal information can be stored externally; a fully private deployment will follow.
